If you use a third party program or utility to access the FMS FTP site (such as

Fetch for Macintosh users), please continue to use this software  and input the

following values into the program:

FTP server (or server address) : ftp://www.foodmarketingsolutions.com

Login name and password :  Use the name and password provided to you

Anonymous access : off (or not selected)

If you are using Internet explorer and would like to use it to access the FTP

site then follow this link: once you are on the page go to the File

tab >>> down to "Login as" and put your login name and password in to the

box that pops up and do not select anonymous access. You can use Internet

Explorer the same as you would on your pc by drag and drop or copy and paste

methods.
